Q: What is your favorite part about working for Brown and Company?
A:
Without a question, the team and clients. From day one, the entire team has been nothing but supportive and the amazing clients have also been very welcoming and friendly. It is evident that Mark treats employees and clients alike as an extension of his family.

Q: As a more recent hire yourself, what advice would you give to someone just joining the team?
A: Ask questions and offer suggestions if you have them. The team is very open to ideas and willing to take the time to explain whatever you don’t understand. Take advantage of their knowledge to continue to grow in your own role.

Now, we’ll switch gears to learn more what you like to do outside of the office.

Q: What would the title of your autobiography be?
A: I would hope something along the lines of, “A Series of Awkward Moments” narrated by Morgan Freeman.

Q: What is your favorite quote?
A: My grandpa used to say, “Don’t worry about nothin’, because nothin’ is gonna be JUST fine.” My family always stressed that every day you wake up breathing, is a good day.

Q: What is the first concert you attended?
A: The Backstreet Boys in Phoenix, Arizona.

Q: Favorite travel spot?
A: Back home to the Grand Canyon. Aside from my family, I miss a sky full of stars and watching thunderstorms over the Canyon. Seeing lightning illuminate the canyon in the middle of the night is truly spectacular.

Q: When was the last time you laughed so hard you cried?
A: If you know me then you know I am ALWAYS laughing. I love to make the most out of any situation and will always try to incorporate humor into dull moments.
