Shannon Balmer is the Director of Operations and Compliance for Brown and Company; she has been with the firm since 2022. In her role, Mrs. Balmer is responsible for overseeing the daily functions of the company including Accounting, Human Resources and Operations.
Prior to joining the firm, she spent 5 years working at Colorado College as a philanthropic advisor working with high-net-worth donors and family foundations. Before that she spent 20 years working in the financial services sector. Mrs. Balmer attended Colorado College and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
Shannon and her husband Greg reside in Castle Pines with their three children Eliza, Emma, and Dillon. She enjoys spending time with her family skiing and hiking.
